L.A.M. (Laura) Kemmeren

Following my Master’s thesis at the department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, I had the opportunity to continue my research towards juvenile osteochondritis dissecans of the knee. During and after obtaining my degree in Medicine in 2023, I have been working on this research topic, including a study on long term outcomes of juvenile osteochondritis dissecans, and an epidemiological study on abnormalities of the adolescent knee on MRI, in collaboration with Generation R.

Currently, I am conducting this research alongside my work as a resident not in training (ANIOS) at the department of Orthopaedics in the Elisabeth-Tweesteden hospital in Tilburg.
