My PhD project is part of the HIPSTAR project. The aim of this project is to discover the causal factors behind late childhood hip dysplasia and pave the way for devising preventive measures that reduce the prevalence of adult hip dysplasia, and thus, hip osteoarthritis. To do so, we make use of the unique data of the Generation R study.
