M. (Mirwais) Mehrab

I am a lifelong sports and health enthusiast and I enjoy combining clinical work with scientific research. My PhD project is focussed on injury prevention and epidemiology in CrossFit and other functional fitness sports. I obtained my medical degree from Erasmus MC, where I am now completing my residency in Sports Medicine. I also serve as team doctor for Feyenoord and the Netherlands U16 National Team, and as federation doctor for the Dutch Weightlifting Federation.
