L.A.M. (Laura) Kemmeren

Following my Master’s thesis at the department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, I continued my research on juvenile osteochondritis dissecans of the knee in the form of a PhD. During and after obtaining my degree in Medicine in 2023, I have been working on this research topic, including a study on treatment methods for juvenile osteochondritis dissecans, and multiple epidemiological studies on abnormalities and normal variants of the adolescent knee on MRI, in collaboration with Generation R. Currently, I am conducting this research alongside my work as a resident in orthopaedic surgery.
